the past couple of days has been emotionally hard. i have to remind myself that it’s never about me, never was to begin with. there’s been a lot of family stuff going on, it’s been 4 months since my grandmother passed away since yesterday, and Gods increasing my love for people. he’s stretching it. definitely. not trying throw a pity party here.

it’s been 4 months since my grandmother passed away and almost hitting the 2 year mark for my grandfather. i always think about them constantly and how they used to be so involved and part of my life but not anymore. it feels weird at times. they both told me to “always love God and love others with a humble heart. be who God created you to be.” those words will never fall away...
